UKU YAMA Competition, Sunday 8th July, Winterbourne

Report by Alison

What a fantastic day for New Star - 10 Golds, 5 Silvers & 7 Bronzes!

Well done to all of you, you made your club proud!

Fantastic judo from ALL our players, from the young beginners to the more experienced Seniors!

Again it was a long day, but the medal table shows it was worth it! It was great to see some of the less experienced players put into practice what they have learnt!

It was a hard day for some of the less experienced Primary group, as the coaches were not allowed to be with the players.

Some had more fights than others, but all had to work hard for their medals!
